still nothing….
Monday, June 30th, 2008Optimum still has not restored our services. Apparently a supervisor was supposed to come out today to fix it, but after not hearing from anyone by 8 PM tonight (the cut off time we were told), I called to find out what was going on. I was given the most ridiculous excuse - they tried calling several times and couldn’t get anyone - on our LAND LINE which we reported being out of service and gave 2 cell numbers to contact us at!!! UGH!!! So, no internet, cable or phone tonight either. They are supposed to be here tomorrow afternoon… We’ll see if the idiots try calling the out of service number again! What gets me the most is that when you call the number you get a message that it isn’t working - yet I’m told that a supervisor tried the number several times and then canceled our appointment. If the phone is on your service, you are called to come repair it since it’s out, you try calling and get a message that it’s not working, WHY wouldn’t you either look up the alternate (cell) numbers provided or just show up to fix it?! I think they’re just feeding us excuses at this point and I’ve just about had it with them!
